How can I change my reservation?
You can adjust the reservation via our reception if you have booked through our hotel, mail us via info@strandhotel-camperduin.nl.
If you booked through Booking.com, you must make adjustments through Booking.com.

How can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel for the studios up to 7 days in advance. After that this is no longer possible.

Do I have to provide my credit card details when making a reservation?
When booking, you must pay the first night. This can be done via IDEAL or credit card. Once you have made the deposit, you no longer need to add a credit card, although you may receive a message about this.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay via IDEAL, credit card or bank transfer. If you want to pay by bank transfer, we can send you the bank details.
Do you accept cash payments?
Yes we accept cash payment.

What time can I check-in?
Check-in is from 3 p.m
How do I reach the apartments?
The address is Heereweg 403, 1871 GL Schoorl. Parking is available on site. By public transport you travel to Station Alkmaar, and take bus 151 to Callantsoog/Petten. Get off at the Hondsbosse Zeewering stop.
Can I park at the apartments?
Yes, you can park directly at the property. We will send you instructions on how to access the car park.
Where can I check in and collect my key?
You can pick up your key and check-in at Strandhotel Camperduin reception located at Heereweg 395, 1871 GL Schoorl.
If I arrive early can I leave my luggage with you in advance?
You can discuss this with our reception via +31 (0)72 509 14 36

No, parties are not allowed in these accommodations.
Where can I have breakfast, lunch or dinner?
You can have dinner and lunch at our restaurant Struin or at restaurants in the area. You can order breakfast at our hotel, then we will bring the breakfast package to you.
Do the studios have a kitchen?
Your studio has a fully equipped kitchen.
Is bed linen included in my stay?
Yes, linen is included.

Check out is until 11 am.
Can I leave earlier than planned?
You can always leave earlier than planned. Please contact us at reception to arrange an earlier check-out.
I want to stay on the beach a little longer. Can I leave my luggage with you?
