On the water

The impressive lagoon in Camperduin is a unique sea lake on the beach of Camperduin and offers endless fun for our youngest and oldest guests. De Jongens uit Schoorl rent out SUPS and surfboards at their Laguna Beach pavilion and also organise various activities on the water.

The lagoon is an oasis for children to enjoy a swim or participate in activities in a safe way. The youngest guests will love the Speelschip, which is within walking distance of the studios.

Activities for Children

There are lots of fun activities for children in Camperduin. Alongside the surf camps and supping in the lagoon, children can also climb aboard the wooden ship 'De Slag bij Camperduin'. The ship bears the name 'Battle at Camperduin' and thus refers to the naval battle that took place in 1797 between the Netherlands and England. The Wooden playship has an actve educational purpose and is accessible free of charge. The ship is 'at anchor' on the north side of the Camperduin lagoon.
